Vintage Airline Ticket Tempalte

This is a free template for you to download.  I’m happy to share it with anyone who’d like to use it.  But, if you do use it and post it online, please don’t forget to give me credit (and send them here to download their own template).  Also, I do love to hear when someone likes something enough to download it and use it for their own project, so … say hi in the comments!

Vintage Airline Ticket Template

It’s a PSD document, made in Photoshop Elements, so you must have a program which reads PSD, and you must save as a new document on your computer before you can edit it.

Was able to download and see it in PhotoShop but don’t know enough about PS to know how to delete the nominal form entries and replace them with my own info in the blank areas! Would have loved a simpler version, e.g. in Word.

      • dleebug says:

To edit it, you have to first safe it to your computer. Once that’s done, you just click on the text layer and use the keyboard to delete and type your own text.

Thanks! I used this for my sons trip to meet his girlfriends parents. Very useful for his ticket box.

Thanks Adele!!! This is soooo awesome!

    • Peggu says:

I downloaded the ticket into Photoshop but could not make any changes to the template. Is there something I am doing wrong?

Me too. I can’t seem to save it to my downloads folder, perhaps it’s my user error. Do you just click on the link?

      • dleebug says:

The link should take you to a Dropbox hosted image where you can save the image. You have to save it under a new name in order to edit it in photoshop.

yes thank you so much! i’ve only downloaded it so far, but once i re-work it and make about 14 copies, these will be the tickets for my students to get on the same plane Tom Hanks crashes on in Cast Away!

I love these! We are purchasing plane tickets for our family members to visit us in our new home away from home, and we used these to put in everyone’s x-mas cards.
    Thanks!

My mother, who now is 82 and lives in Sweden, lived in New York in the early 50s (and met my father there). She has often mentioned that she would like to go there once more before, so this year me and my sisters and brother decided to give her the trip for christmas. And your design was the perfect way to put the gift under the christmas tree. Thanks.

How do I get the template, it just keeps sending me back to this page??

    • dleebug says:

Sorry I missed your question, Karen. Depending on your browser, it probably automatically downloaded the file. Check your downloads folder.

  13. Kenneth says:

Hi! I’ve been following your website for a while now and finally got the courage to go ahead and give you a shout out from Porter Texas! Just wanted to say keep up the great work!

  14. Is there any way I can open it up without having photoshop?

    • dleebug says:

You can open it in many programs, but the file is a PSD file, so unless you have something that will edit PSD docs, you won’t be able to do anything with it.

  15. Mark Labovitz says:

Thanks. I made a ticket for my mother to identify a Christmas gift.

  16. Thanks, we printed out a copy for our Grandson as use for a birthday gift announcement for a trip to Hawaii. Used Photoshop 10 Elements.

Is this template still available? I love it but it keeps telling me an error has occurred 😦

  18. Gina says:

I too love this template but when I click on the link, I get a Dropbox 404 error. Any chance this can get corrected?

    Thanks
